TRAINING PROGRAM

We provide the perfect environment for training either through multiple group or individual sessions based on the child’s evaluation. Training sessions may vary from 30′- 60′ depending on individual needs and program. Our coaches and experts provide individual, small and group sessions.

The program is created for constant adaptation and development in accordance to the individual needs and consists of

basic and sport specific physical factors which target multiple objectives.
